Great location
100% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
One-bedroom studio with 160 cm queen size bed, small kitchen, flatscreen tv (no cable), dvd player. From the window you see the Neckar, within a few minutes you can walk to the main sights of Heidelberg.

A supermarket, bars and restaurants are close by. Check-in after 3 pm. Exceptions possible but please contact me beforehand.
I won`t be there to greet you - the key will be left in a key safe at the door. But you can always reach me on Whats App.
The apartment is not suitable for kids.

The space
Very central location in the heart of the Altstadt. During summer you can sit by the river which is just across the road. The apartment itself is basic but should offer everything you need for your stay in Heidelberg.

The keys will be in a key safe.

The apartment is for your sole use. But since fire regulations make it necessary for each flat to have a 2nd fire escape there is a connection between this apartment and the studio in the rear of the building. The door can only be opened from one side and just in case of an emergency. An alarm will be triggered it the door is opened. So if there should be a fire and the regualr fire escape via the hallway is not passable it could be the case that two persons from the rear apartment will use the 2nd fire escape to bring themselves to safety.

Where you’ll be

Heidelberg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany

The apartment is situated beside a (very recommendable) bar. At 11 pm it's forbidden to sit outside and the owners also try to keep the noise down. But there is the chance that it will get louder. Living central and not hearing any sound of the city is very difficult to achieve. Also, there is a bigger road along the Neckar which you might hear at night. Usually there is not much traffic and if the windows are closed you won't hear much of the road. But if you are very sensible to noise maybe you should bring earplugs or think about another place to stay.
The TV only shows 11 channels and all of them are in German. But there is a wide range of DVDs for your entertainment.
