Recently renovated, our walk-out basement apartment is modern and cozy. Furnished in a Scandinavian, rustic-modern style. Handicap accessible, radiant heat floor plus mini-split unit for additional heat or AC. The space includes a sitting area with TV, kitchenette, bath and bedroom. Sleeps two on a queen size bed plus a sleep sofa option.
