HI there. I have two private rooms available in my home. It's a comfy cozy house in a friendly, funky neighbourhood that is within walking & cycling distance to Kingston's beautiful, vibrant downtown, Queen's University, & RMC. Parking may be arranged. I often rent to students during the school year.

The space
my home is my haven. it can be yours, too, while you are in kingston. the house has imperfections, tho it is safe & comfortable. the living room couch is so comfy, it's nice to curl up with a book for a bit. there are three bedrooms, all on the second floor. one is mine, and two are available. i often rent to international students during the school year.

this is a very friendly neighbourhood, inhabited by many artists, musicians, writers, profs, families, freaks, and normal folks, too. we are just a few minutes walk away from McBurney Park, home of the fabulous grassroots Skeleton Park Arts Festival.
