Fully restored and equipped with swimming pool, quiet mini split air conditioned bedrooms, huge master bedroom, guest bedroom, reliable wi fi, 3 flat panel TV's with active Netflix, fountains, 2 living rooms, colonial style furniture, fully and modern equipped kitchen, grill patio, and more!

The house has a unique architecture and was completely restored so its facilities and amenities are modern and updated, also, what makes it unique are its open spaces full of light and color and the calm that prevails even when it is in the Heart of the vibrant historical center of Mérida. In the main bedroom you will only hear birdsongs of our beautiful garden and the ringing of the bells of the nearby cathedral of our city, which was the first built in the American continent!
