The space
Built with stone and wood, the villa consists of two levels with a spacious terrace and balcony, a private infinity pool and garden. It is situated just 150 meters away from Kaminia Beach.

It can host up to 4-6 people; there are two separate bedrooms containing a double bed and two singles that can also turn into a double, accordingly.
The house also provides two comfortable sofas that can turn into single beds.

Guests will be amazed by the view of the sea and the beaches of Ai Giannis and Myloi, and Preveza on the horizon.

Our guests will be taken in by the serenity, amazing view and close proximity to the beach, which is only 2-3 mins on foot. At night time, you can relax on our spacious patio or balcony, listen to the waves and watch the clear starry skies overhead, as well as the distant city lights on the horizon.
