Our rooftop gardens and paradise comes to life. Literally and figuratively, if you love nature such as trees, flowers, monkeys, iguanas and birds then you have found the perfect home to visit. Our 4-bedrooms and 4.5-baths boasts a rooftop deck with lush gardens and overlooks our pools. We are 15-steps from the pool and 150-steps from the ocean. Some of Costa Rica's finest snorkeling and stand-up paddle-board are on Playa Ocotal. Do you like to sail? Sport-fishing of interest? It's all here.

The space
Our home includes unlimited usage of the walk to Ocotal Beach Club and the drive-to The Fitness & Tennis Club at Coco Bay. These are free to our clients. Massages and chefs to order.

Our home is a walk to the ocean and famous beachfront restaurant of Father Roosters. Also it’s a short drive to the downtown area of Playas del Coco where you will find all the shopping, bars and restaurants.
