Close to the Bourbon Trail! Perfect for Breeder's Cup and Keeneland! Beautifully restored, fully-furnished 2600 square foot townhome in the award-winning V.A. Kaltenbrun Building in the heart of Historic Downtown Frankfort, Kentucky.

The space
Our beautiful and spacious, fully-furnished 2-story townhome includes 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, large living and dining areas, and free cable TV and Internet access in the great room and in all three bedrooms. It boasts over 2600 square feet of interior living space as well as a large screened-in back porch that is perfect for entertaining or for relaxing after a long day. Our townhome occupies the upper two stories of the V.A. Kaltenbrun Building, a 2015 project winner of the prestigious Ida Lee Willis Award for Historic Preservation given each year by the Ida Lee Willis Memorial Foundation. It has been completely and lovingly renovated, with hard wood floors and high quality finishes reminiscent of the late 1800s. Walk outside and be charmed by the sites of the Old State Capitol, the Kentucky History Center, and several specialty shops and restaurants - all within just a few steps of the front door. Our townhome is located within a 5 minute drive to Buffalo Trace Distillery and within a 25 minute drive to Woodford Reserve, Wild Turkey and Four Roses Distilleries, making it a perfect stepping off point for the Bourbon Trail and other central Kentucky attractions including the Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland Racecourse, Lakeside Arena, and the annual Shelbyville Horse Show held at the Shelby County Fairgrounds each summer.
