The Water Tower is tucked away and nestled among redwoods a few miles from the Pacific Ocean. This is a place to disconnect and reconnect with the surroundings. To unplug and decompress from busy life.

About 5 miles from our town of Elk and a nice coastal drive 14 miles to the historic village of Mendocino.

Inside
The queen bed is located in the second-floor loft space. Steps to this space are more like a ladder (very steep) stairs and may be a problem for some individuals. Just remember to go up and down facing them... like a ladder :)

*The water tower seating is lower to the ground. Please see pictures for reference.

*There is no wifi or cell services.
Incase of an emergency, we have a phone for you to use. :)

The space is equipped with:
- Day bed seating
- Queen Casper bed in 2nd floor lofted sleeping area
- Full bath with standing shower
- Kitchen: There is a single gas stove, compact fridge, small toaster oven in the kitchen area with a pan, pot to boil, cutting board and basic kitchen tools. There is a pour over coffee and some coffee for you to enjoy as well. This is a small kitchenette setup for light cooking, it may be difficult to plan something too complex.
-Books/games and a speaker for music.
- Propane gas heat source.

The water tower is set in the woods.
Our neighbors are all generally very quiet.

Our little town of Elk is fairly small, but beautiful. Elk is a great place for a hike down to the beach or along the coastline. For any provisions we have a great market (The Elk Store - closes 6:00pm) with sandwiches, cheeses, a great selection of wine and beer, and all other main essentials. You can grab breakfast/lunch at Queens Roadhouse Cafe (Thursday thru Monday 8am to 3pm).

There are also many other restaurants/cafes along Hwy 1 within a few miles.

Elk Town - 11 min (5.4 miles)

The larger market, Harvest at Mendoza's in Mendocino, is open until 9:00pm.
