Modern Villa, tasteful decor. Nestled in Venkateswara Gardens, a premier gated community on the scenic ECR between Chennai & Mahabalipuram, opp Mayajaal. Right on the gorgeous, almost private beach at the beautiful Coromandel Coast. Well-maintained swimming pool. The kitchen has basic utensils, fridge & microwave. All bedrooms and the hall are air-conditioned. We have a TV with TataSky. Very close to tourist attractions like Mayajaal, Dakshinachitra, DizzyWorld, Crocodile bank, etc

4000 sq ft modern villa. 4 large a/c bedrooms, hall, dining and family rooms. High ceilings with abundant light and air. Attached bathrooms. The back garden used to house a jacuzzi which has now been replaced with a swimming pool (, which is a perfect place to relax with friends and family. The villa also has a lovely terrace with a breathtaking sea view. 2 minute walking distance to a clean and quite beach. Great for 8 guests and can accommodate more.
