The Wood Islands Lighthouse, built in 1876, has a fifty-four-foot square tower still attached to a two-story, six-bedroom home. Touring PEI's most family-friendly, interactive museum with eleven themed rooms will keep everyone entertained. The interpretive room will enlighten lighthouse lovers. Be intrigued by the tales of the double lives of rum-runners in the original parlour. The array of sea glass colours in the Coastal Room is mesmerizing. Let imaginations sail while watching leaping flames in the ghost ship loft. Continue to the tower top and be amazed by the stunning 360 views.
Wood Islands boost's the Rossignol Winery, a gorgeous vineyard, Here you will be able to taste the wines and tour the winery. Beyond the vine sits a small orchard that houses a gazebo reminiscent of a Secret Garden. The wine itself is just as delicious as the landscape and the Island's best.
Northumberland Park !! A campsite on the beach. Many people choose to stay for a night or two at the beginning or end of their visit to PEI. Cliff swallows burrowing nests along the shore are of particular interest. Children's programs and supervised swimming are available.

Murray River, The tranquil seaside village is a delightful stopover on the Points East Coastal Drive. It has charming shops, a seasonal coffee shop and restaurants. Nate's food truck located on the wharf in Murray River check out the lobster rolls hands-down delicious. Also, they carry live fish for your convenience if you prefer to cook at home. Kings Castle, It's an excellent park for kids. Multiple play structures, including a wooden fort with a lookout tower, 3-story metal climbing structure with slides, statues of fairy-tale characters and more. Lots of play spaces for children and small trails have fairy-tale figures.
The crown jewel of Montague is the Waterfront area on the Montague River. With shops, tourist information, a marina, and an outdoor concert venue, it is a showcase for the festivals and activities that occur in Montague. The Waterfront area is a large part of the history of the Town. With its wooden boardwalk, original train turnstile remnants, and magnificent views, it is a magnet for locals and tourists that pays homage to the area's history.
