Jan's place is on a quiet, country road with a long driveway surrounded by woods, clover fields, wildlife, and most of all privacy to enjoy the quiet life. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front deck to the sounds of nature. In the evening see the wildlife, whitetail deer and fawns too munching on the clover in the field beside the yard. Watch the bunnies play tag.
Carport for your convenience, (1 car) . Gravel driveway with a large turnaround.

The space
Jan's place has a large entrance/sitting room with a sleeper loveseat that can be pulled out to a twin bed. One large bathroom with a full shower and bathtub and a double sink vanity. Plenty of towels and washcloths are provided for our guests. Three bedrooms, one queen bed, one full bed, and one single. Pac n play and air mattress are available upon request. Bright, sunny kitchen and dining room area with table and four chairs. Along with a full functional kitchen is a toaster, microwave, bunn coffee maker, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cups, and utensils. Tea towels and paper products for your convenience. The water source is well water and it is safe to drink and goes thru a water softener system. Bottled water will also always be provided as well. Washer and dryer are also available. Living room has sofa, chair, and recliner with lots of extra pillows and throws to "get comfy". All windows have vynyl blinds for privacy. Jan's place is a "sit back and relax" place to enjoy the peace and quiet in the country.

Large backyard with privacy fence and picnic area with a firepit. Firewood and kindling provided for you to use. Propane grill will be inside carport.

1.5 miles to an amish owned bulk food store. Chupps Country Cupboard featuring bulk foods, dairy and frozen foods, meats and cheese from Walnut Creek Cheese CO . Also fresh homemade breads and cookies. Check it out, you won't be dissapointed.
1.5 miles to "Valley Freeze" where you can enjoy an ice cream cone or even a complete meal with they're valley burger or steak hoagie.
20 min. drive to Pymatuning State Park and the spillway to feed the fish.
