Villa Disana & Spa invites the elements of nature to penetrate the body, mind and soul.

There is an abundance of activities to choose from, including some of the best diving and snorkeling in Bali. Knowledgeable staff can arrange any number of unique excursions. Get picked up in a fishing boat! Take a short 30-minute drive to Tulamben to witness the famous, sunken USAT Liberty, this is world-class diving destination.
There are snorkeling sets for rent but it is better to bring your own.

Mountain Trekking (additional cost):
Beautiful mountains are right out your front door. If hiking is on your list of "things to do," take a trip to Mt. Agung (3000 meters). Local guides can lead you to the mountain top, where you will enjoy spectacular views of the island.

Bike Hire (additional cost):
Daily motorbike rentals are available if you feel like exploring the island on your own, a unique way to see the local way of life.

Fishing Trip (additional cost):
A local fishing trip can be scheduled - you can be picked up at the Villa on the beach before sunrise. Try your luck at catching a big tuna or barracuda; then have it specially prepared that evening into a tasty, local recipe. We recommend taking a boat trip at sunset, as the views from the water are breathtaking.

Day Tours:
A private shuttle and driver is available to take you anywhere on the island at an additional charge. Don't miss Ubud, the cultural center of the island. Great shopping, wonderful food, and spectacular dance performances can be found here. View the spectacular rice fields throughout Bali. Beautiful Hindu temples are found everywhere on the island. A trip to the local water palace is very interesting. The Bali Bird Park and Reptile Park allows you to visit the local birds and animals "up close and personal." There are so many things to see and do on the island, or you can just relax and do nothing at all.

Balinese Massage:
If you are here for mind and body, relax with a traditional massage. Enjoy your massage in your own private open-air pavilion which sits right off of the beach. The sound of the waves while relaxing and being pampered makes this a must do during your stay.

We both enjoy meeting new people and familiarizing ourselves with other cultures. This is essentially why we have decided to become full-time Airbnb hosts. We are enthusiastic about water sports and like various water activities, such as scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, and even a little bit of stand-up paddle boarding. We are obsessed with traveling and in addition to having lived in multiple cities within Australia, we have travelled to many countries abroad, including our favourite, Indonesia, and in particular, Bali.

There are 4 staff employed at Villa Disana & Spa, and they will operate silently in the background. Made (Cook), Edi (Housekeeping), Ketut (Pool Technician and Gardener) and the Villa Manager Kadek (who can always be reached by telephone).

Kadek is also a tour guide and driver. He speaks English and French.

On occasion, the team at Villa Disana & Spa support "Work Experience" students who are assigned to a local hospitality provider to teach them "real-time" skills within the Hospitality industry. We trust that you will support these students whilst they learn how our team go above and beyond to ensure that your stay with us is a favourable one.

The staff will not always be on site at the villa, however will be nearby when and if required.

In case of staff illness there will be no refunds.
