The space
This Villa, detached with a finish basement apartment with the separate entrance.
Main Floor
2 bedrooms, full functional kitchen, full washroom, coffee station, laundry room and living and dinning area. First room has a Queen bed with an additional single bed, TV and an attached powder room. 2nd room with Queen bed , TV and a small work station for your office use. There are three exits conveniently located for your out door entertainments.
Upper floor
Here 2 bedrooms, one master room King bed with ensuite which includes a Jacuzzi spa. Small work station and TV provided with nice beach view window. The next room is such a unique room 4 single beds with an open to the bellow beach view. Less privacy but beautiful views to the beach ideal for children and adults hear the sound of waves to fall a sleep.
Basement
An apartment on it own with a full functional kitchen with stainless steel appliance, 2 bedrooms, living room with TV and a washroom. One of the rooms with a queen bed and the other one with a double bed and a single bed. The walk up exit to the beach.
Out Doors
BBQ, Gazebo, Fire place over sized deck with furniture. Beach chairs and Muskoka chairs provided by the beach side. Beach towels provided. Outdoor shower to leave all the beach sand outside of the property.
Beach
One of the best beaches in Ontario with Chrystal clear blue water. Long beach shore on both sides of the property ideal for long walks. No rocks or stones with the beautiful Georgian bay waves over looking Blue mountain. The most beautiful sunset views from the back yard.
COVID 19 Measures
We are still practicing COVID 19 protocols. Prior to each check in we make sure that we sanitized the entire house. The Villa contains 2 Air purifiers which kiss 99.9% of the bacteria to give you a clean fresh air. We provide complementary Mask, Hand sanitizer, Antibacterial hand soap and Disinfectant Spray.

We want you to have the best ever vacation. For your convenient we are provide the following items. We fill the mini bar with soft drinks, coffee station with Nespresso pots, Tea, sugar, coffee flavor syrup and so on. Essentials Milk, eggs, bread, butter and Jam in the fridge. Dry food such as lentils, rice, pasta, sauce and so on. We provide soap ,shampoo, conditioner, body wash even dental kid in your wash rooms. For all your grocery shopping Wasaga Beach, Ontario with 3 major grocers including the Walmart which will be 20 min drive from the Villla
