This Studio is penthouse(6th floor) but only walk up 3 floor from ground because 1st 3 floor at basement.

This ia Studio apartment.
We provided 2 Queen sized bed and 2 warm comforter.
Suitable for couple or small family.2 adult with 2 kids
1 Bathroom with 36L water boiler
Water enough for 2 person, ps allowed 10 min for boiler to generate hot water for 3rd person.
If 1st guest take longer time batch,then ps wait for 10 min b4 the 2nd guest take batc.
Boiler is like kettle,take time to generate hot water
Apartment is top floor (6th floor), but only 3 floor walk up from the ground (1st 3 floor are basement unit) , view is nice and direct facing jungle.
Ceiling is very high, very comfortable to stay.
Always closed the window and sliding door to avoid insert frying in esp after 6pm
We provided cooking utensils enough for 4 pax, including below:-

Fraser's Hill is just a small highland, you can move around easily.
Weather are mostly very cold, advise to bring along the jacket especially at night.
Dec month is very cold.

Actually from apmt to Town area less than 15 min slow walking, is less than 1.5km
Fraser'S Hill is aunit place that is famous for "DO NOTHING", relax place.

We promised CLEAN & SANITISED apartment both own unit and also owner unit.
Cleaner may overlooked some minor thing but definately not the cleaning & sanitising, we changes all Linen Every check out.
Comfy Home is a trade mark of Clean & sanitised apartment at Silverpark Resort, 75% alkohol home sanitiser is so costly but we dont mind absorb all this additional cost, customer safety is our Top priority!!
