The space
Every piece of furniture has been handcrafted & we've tried to think of everything you might need - wifi, power backup, sleek yet well equipped kitchen & an extremely comfortable bed!
This is a fully furnished, offering upscaled Modern decor, 1 BHK apartment. It is perfect for solo travelers, couples or a small group of friends taking a vacation or working away from home.


★ Location:
The apartment is blessed with a spot on location, you are in the prime location a stone throw away from the beach. (We mean u need to strong enough to throw the stone at least a kilometre far! )
The apartment is hop skip and jump to all the party places, restaurants and Bars, yet away from the commotion.

★ Living Area :
The living area has an open plan and we offer an island seating which perfectly serves as a work station and a place to serve your meals too. The living area has an air conditioner.

★ Balcony Area:
The entire Apartment has a surrounding balcony, the rooms as well as the living area open to the huge balcony which overlooks the lush green grass and complex.
There is also clothes drying rack in the balcony.

★ Kitchen:
The kitchen has a microwave, RO, Gas pipe stoves, refrigerator and washing machine. In case you would like to cook, we have also stocked the kitchen with silicon tools, pots and pans beside the usual amenities.

★ Bedroom & Bathroom:
Enjoy our luxurious, lavish master bedroom with a queen-size bed and your own ensuite bathroom”.

★ Wifi Connectivity :
We have installed a strong wifi connection which is easily accessible from any part of the apartment.

★ Mobile Network:
Unlike many locations, the apartment is receptive to all major connections (Jio, Vi, Airtel, BSNL)

★ Power back up:
We have an Inverter as power back up (5-7 hrs) on which only wifi, fans and lights work incase of a power cut off.

★ Safety & Security:
There is 24x7 Security available at the complex. The entire outdoors and common spaces of the complex are covered by surveillance cameras.
We have installed Video door phones for that extra security instead of normal door bells. (Safety is top priority)
