3-bedroom canadian-style cottage with a private dock, only 57km North of Montreal. Located on the prestigious lac Guindon and just a few minutes from the highway and Saint-Sauveur.

Warm and comfortable cottage surrounded by large cedar trees on a large lot. In addition there is a stone staircase that leads to the large private dock on a sandy and shallow bit of the lake, making it safe for children. Please note the way down may be tedious for older adults

It's located less than 10-minutes away from the Saint-Sauveur slopes and village, there is a large market, bakery, post office, drugstore children's park, baseball field a 2-minute drive from the cottage
