Welcome to #TheMaisonNet! Our newly remodeled ‘not-so-tiny home' is in the center of it all...a quick drive from Hollywood, WeHo, The Grove, Silverlake, Larchmont, and Downtown and walking distance to Melrose and some of the best restaurants and shopping in LA.

Want to work from home? My Tiny Home has high speed internet, a printer, and plenty of places to set up shop.

The space
Located in Hancock Park, #TheMaisonNet is just off one of L.A.'s most famous streets, Melrose Avenue - in a walkable neighborhood filled with charming tree-lined streets, and excellent local coffee shops and stores. This not-so-tiny home has plenty of space for everything you bring. While the layout can accommodate up to 4 people two guests are perfect; a third can sleep on the fold-out couch in the loft, and a fourth guest can sleep in the loft net if needed.

Speaking of loft nets: hands down, my favorite part of designing this space was realizing we could utilize part of the second floor as a fun, funky hangout space: yep, you can lay in it! The loft features a projector, sofabed, in-wall dresser, skylight, the loft net, and an absurd amount of pillows. I have a feeling this will be the most popular hangout spot in the house.

The private bedroom has a sliding pocket door for additional privacy and is furnished with a hybrid queen memory foam and spring mattress, dual nightstands with lamps (each featuring USB and electrical ports), plenty of drawers and closet space, a new Smart T.V., and... well… a shower that will certainly bring some heat to the bedroom. End your day under the waterfall shower beneath a massive skylight in this beautiful modern open bathroom.

Don't be fooled by the minimalist kitchen design; you'll have everything you need to pretend you're cooking yourself dinner from scratch (even when you're actually walking around the corner to eat at the famous Pink's Hotdogs). The custom-built kitchen features a new refrigerator, microwave/oven combo, cooktop, and two coffee stations (yes two… a Nespresso maker and also a french press, because we love coffee). There are also pots, pans, silverware, plates, cleaning supplies, and most importantly…a dishwasher! Its hiding behind two drawers that aren’t really drawers.

In terms of amenities, we've got you covered. You'll have access to minor yet essential things like an iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, and a shared washer and dryer (located in the mini-laundry room just off the main house in the backyard). The projection screen in the loft and the flat-screen T.V. in the bedroom are both 'smart' and will connect you to your streaming services (just make sure to log out when you leave).

And lastly, we are geeks when it comes to 'smart home' stuff. Everything is smart. Alexa can control the lights, the heated floors, the locks, the music, the projection screen, the blinds, the skylight, and even… the faucet. Yes, you can tell Alexa to pour different measurements of water! (Overkill? Yes. But fun. Keep an eye out for little notes around the house for things to try out.)

Where you’ll be

Los Angeles, California, United States

Honestly, you’re at the corner of 4 awesome neighborhoods. I’d say we are technically in Handcock Park.

Hancock Park is a genteel residential enclave dating back to the 1920s. Well-preserved mansions in architectural styles such as Tudor and Italian Revival occupy large lots with broad lawns and porticos. Surrounding the Wilshire Country Club, the area includes Windsor Square and Larchmont Village, which features a quaint shopping and dining strip. Synagogues on La Brea Avenue serve the Orthodox Jewish community

But you’re also so close to Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Fairfax district. It truly is the best of so many worlds.

Hey there! I'm Evan, the one on the left, and my fiancé's name is Scot. I'm an actor, so I find myself living between NYC and L.A., but we are officially L.A.-based as of January.

During the pandemic, the entire entertainment industry took a bit of a hiatus, and I have to say I loved it. I got to explore some new passions. Like renovating homes! After flipping a Condo in my hometown, we decided to buy a property in Los Angeles. I am excited to start Airbnb-ing out the two beautiful spaces we created on our property: a sexy bachelor-pad-vibe studio apartment and a unique Scandinavian-style tiny home. Check them out.

Scot and I are both Burners! We met at Burning Man in 2017 and decided to become roommates! A year later, we returned to Burning Man and realized maybe it was right in front of us the whole time -and we've been together ever since.

We love to travel, love snowboarding, and have an awesome little silver fox of a dog named Cooper Anderson. Scot's a big old tech nerd - if you have any interest in Quantum Physics or A.I., you've found a friend for life. Scot's the person at a dance party huddled in the corner, having a heart-to-heart with a stranger (which makes me the one on the dance floor step touching with my hands in the air).

We could not be more excited about this next chapter in L.A. and can't wait to start sharing the home we love with some special guests. We are always open to suggestions, criticism, or thoughts on how to make your stay better and more memorable.

If we are ever your guest, we promise to treat your home the way we want people to treat ours :)
