The space
Villa BeachLife is surrounded by large trees and lush vegetation creating a respite in the midst of other villas. This striking villa focuses on mixing teakwood and limestone in modern features to complete a picture perfect vacation getaway. Modern polished concrete floors, and exciting lighting groupings makes this feel like the perfect fashionable gathering place.

The heart of the villa is the 12 meter long living area, complete with a 4 meter bar and has a bluetooth stereo plus a separate Yamaha stereo surround sound and port for your mobile phone, dining for 6 people with complimentary breakfast provided, and an oversized lounge for relaxing.

The cozy sofa area has LED HUE smart lighting above it where you can program the colours of the lights all from a free app downloaded to your phone (Philips Hue). Under the step leading to the first bedroom and under the outdoor sofa is our led strip lighting, change the colour of the lights at night all from our remote controls, this gives an incredible ambiance in the evening!

This villa also boasts an enclosed air-conditioned Cinema room with a huge 70" LCD smart tv, NETFLIX, YOUTUBE, LED remote coloured backlighting, surround-sound, an LG DVD player, and satellite HD channels with a wide variety to choose from.

Next to the cinema room and living room is a powder room & toilet for your guests to use. The living area then looks onto the 2 sun chairs, waterproof outdoor sofas and lounge around the centered 4 X 8 meter swimming pool.

Layout:

The first master suite is located on the first floor. Floor to ceiling windows and glass-sliding doors, king-sized bed, couch area, desk, and ensuite bathroom with double sink vanity, bath-tub and spa rain-head shower.

The Second master suite is located on the second floor. This room has floor to ceiling wood and glass sliding doors. King Sized bed, desk and sitting area looking out to a massive outdoor sofa and roof garden, along with a 42 inch tv inside the room, and usb stick inserted with NETFLIX & Youtube. Ensuite bathroom, double sink vanity, with bath-tub and spa rain-head shower.

The third suite is located on the second floor with wrap around floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, a small balcony and king-sized bed with desk and sitting area. En-suite bathroom, with spa rain-head shower, double sink vanity.

The reason we chose to airbnb these villas is to offer something totally different from each other in the most desired areas of Bali. We always chose a strategic location for our villas, always centrally located but down quiet and safe streets, close to all the best restaurants and the most beautiful beaches. For our villa in Payangan it's located in a very serene setting in the jungle away from any restaurants and shops but that's the beauty of it, not to worry though our villa is fully staffed with a great chef on site! if you need anything our staff will be happy to pick it up for you and cater to your every need, massuses are also available, it's truly a secluded paradise and a breath of fresh air.
