Location in a gated community 6 minute walk to the beach and town. Guests love my location and continue coming back. Lovely common terrace overlooking the garden.
A/C is $2.50 per night and $5.00 per day but if you agree to my preferred settings the price is $1.75 per night and $2.50 per day. Sorry, for this charge but guests who work all day in room with use of a/c put the electrical bill in the highest rate.
Continental breakfast included.

Great location 6 minutes walk to the beach or into town. Very safe gated community. Restaurants and shopping close by in gated community. Guests love my location and continue coming back.

I am a Canadian women fortunate enough to be living in what we all call "Our Paradise". I am only to happy to be able to share my home with tourists from all over the world who will come to love Playa del Carmen as myself. I have been a permanent resident of Playa since 2008 but have been coming here since 2006. I am very familiar with the area so can help you make the best choices in your tours and restaurants. I have friends in the tour industry that I wholeheartedly trust. Mind you keeping up with the ever changing restaurant scene can be a challenge. Always old ones closing and new ones opening. Playa is forever changing but change is good.
I will do everything in my power to make you comfortable in my home and I will hope you will leave with very good memories and want to return one day.
I am still learning Spanish so I can communicate somewhat with my Spanish speaking guests.
