You’ll fall in love with the place because of its coziness, the bright natural light and the panoramic view on the balcony. It is ideal for young couples, solo travelers or digital nomads.

The space
The place is a studio apartment very well equipeed. The large windows are oriented South-East, which allows you to enjoy sunlight all throughout the day.

The bedroom is isolated from the rest of the space visually. The living room is very cozy, with a 3-seater sofa, nested coffee tables, ottomans, HD TV set...
The large dining table allows you to share a meal with 4 people easily. A desk corner (next to the bed) is also available for working quietly.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, kettle, induction plates, fridge, dishwasher). Dishes are provided, and so are the essentials to cook.

The bathroom includes a very large bathtub, a basin with full-size mirror, a washing/drying machine, subfloor heating and lots of natural light. Toilets are separated.

Bassin de la Villette neighbourhood is very lively and hype. Everything you need (bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets) is only a few minutes away.
The walk by the canals (Canal Saint-Martin and Canal de l'Ourcq) is very much appreciated by locals and families on a sunny day.
