Message for long-term discounts! This is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home. In a very quiet/safe neighborhood. You will have practically the entire upstairs to yourself where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is 2.5 miles from UPMC Hamot and 0.4 miles from the VA. About 5 min drive to downtown, and plenty of restaurants in this area as well. 3 min from the zoo. Enjoy lunch/dinner or a fire on the patio! Streaming apps included in the living room tv and access to internet. I also have cat.
