Welcome to our Bohemian Casona Apartments. Located minutes from restaurants, shopping, and the most amazing beaches in Cabo Rojo. This is unit 3.2 of the 19 apartments in 3 different buildings. Enjoy the experience of staying at Orange B Living!

The space
The apartment is in a private building that has 9 units just for Short Term Rental. We provide assigned private parking which is well illuminated and has security cameras for your peace of mind.

This unit is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, specifically for Short Term Rental. It is intended for 4 guests. We provide a comfortable queen-size memory foam beds (firm hardness).

Have in mind this unit is a small apartment. We believe we did an excellent job spacing it out and making it very cozy and comfortable.

The space is not shared with anyone else, you will have a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, eating area, TV. All 9 apartments are next to each other, think of it as an Apartment Hotel / Nice motel.

The apartment is located on the ground floor therefore there is no need to climb stairs. And there are apartments above. Since our casona is wood construction please have in mond that you will hear the guest from the upper level when they walk hard. We do provide earplugs for light sleepers.

We include towels, toilet paper, sheets and pillows, quilts, water, snacks, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

We offer high-speed wifi, smart TV with Netflix, amazon prime video, and other Roku channels with live streaming TV. There is no cable TV in this unit (who uses that anyway), but we did add an antenna for local channels.

If you need to use our Laundry, we provide access for an extra small fee of $10 for detergents and use. The schedule is from 6 pm until 10 am.

We recently added this property to our portfolio, we are currently remodeling all 9 apartments one by one. Please have in mind that during the weekdays you might experience some noises after 10 am, due to the remodeling. We try our best to not interrupt your peace and respect your sleeping hours.

Our structure consists of a large two-story wooden Casona house.
