This inviting 2 bed-room apartment was just updated but still features old world charm, such as hardwood floors and detailed woodwork from the 20s. With numerous large windows, this sunny and green apartment nestled in a safe part of south St. Louis will provided a wonderful retreat. It is a brief walk to Christy Park, and a short drive to many wonderful attractions such as The Botanical Gardens, The Zoo, The Art Museum, The Science Center, and many more. We look forward to hosting you!

The space
This unit features a dedicated living room that open to the adjoining dining room, a spacious kitchen, and even a sun room. The living room boast 55" smart TV. The sold wood dinning room table can comtrablely seat 4-6 people. The kitchen sports modern appliances and amenities. In the main bedroom a new king memory foam mattress will provide a great night's rest. In the cozy back bedroom a new full memory foam mattress is furnished. Additionally a full air mattress is provided that can easily be set-up in the living room or sun room, if needed. A dedicated off street parking spot is available out back, along with ample free street parking. A large fenced in back yard is dog friendly and features a fire pit with patio.
