Entire home with 4 bedrooms, kitchen, family room, parlor, laundry room with pantry. Master Bedroom and Queen bedroom on second floor each have a private bath and are furnished. Master Bedroom has a private deck and Smart TV. Equipped kitchen and laundry. Towels, linens, cooking utensils are provided. This home is on the Market so minimum stay is 30 days (in case of a contract to sell, if not, you can opt to stay longer). $60 Cleaning Fee will be refunded if house left clean.

Lake Norman State Park which is about 5 miles from us and has several trails for hiking and biking.

Lazy Five Ranch which is a drive-through animal park and located about 16 miles away.

Zootastic Park which is a darling little mini-zoo is about 5 miles away and host a beautiful Christmas Light display during the holiday season.

Daveste Vineyards is about 4 miles away and hosts wine tastings with performance by local musicians and tours.

Charlotte Motor Speedway is 40 minutes away.

My husband, Chris, and I live on what we call our "farmette". That keeps us busy so most of the time we are out tooling around on our golf cart taking care of our critters and our garden. Chris is a plumber and works full time. I have a BS in Medical Microbiology and a Diploma of Homeopathy and continue to study natural medicine on a regular basis. I have a few part time jobs. We enjoy playing disc golf, boating, fishing, puzzling, SYFY movies, and Retro TV shows.
