Welcome to our 4-season waterfront Muskoka cottage elevated on natural rock and overlooking the lovely Loon Lake - perfect for swimming, fishing, boating or water sports. In the winter, enjoy ice fishing, skating or snowmobiling in the surrounding area. The cottage is located on a municipal road that’s plowed in the wintertime for easy access. We are only a 10 min drive away from central Gravenhurst where you can find grocery stores, LCBO, many fast food and dining establishments plus much more.

The space
This 1,700 sq ft cottage sits on about a half acre of land which is surrounded by mature trees for additional privacy. There is a large wraparound deck around much of the cottage with spectacular lake views and 4 direct walkouts. There is 110 ft of crystal-clear waterfront to enjoy with access from the dock and the Bunkie. Multiple outdoor seating areas for entertaining in any environment – Muskoka chairs located on the dock, patio sectional that comfortably seats 8 on one of the lakeside decks, sun loungers and bar tables on secondary deck overlooking the lake, outdoor fire pit with plenty of seating, and finally a patio dining set with umbrella on the walkout deck.
