The Yacht is a 53 Cheoy Lee with three cabins and is anchored in the harbors of Sint Maarten, offering an affordable way to enjoy a stay in paradise with a relaxed atmosphere away from traffic and congestion.
Wake up and jump overboard for a morning swim or laze in a hammock.
Two cabins are set up as bunk beds and the third cabin has a queen bed, setee, and ensuite bathroom with shower.
A forepeak off of the queen cabin offers sleeping for children; perfect for a family.

The space
For a healthy vacation stay during Covid, I am accepting only one set of guests at a time onto the boat.

Two cabins are set up as bunks or quarter berths and the third room is a formal queen living area, master's cabin.

The yacht is fully equipped with washrooms with shower, deck shower, galley, dining area and deck spaces.
Being aboard you can spend nights in the cockpit reading, playing cards, socializing or below watching t.v. in the salon or maybe angling for fish off the rail. If you want night life then a short two minute dinghy ride has you on shore in the hub of Simpson Bay lagoon and all it has to offer.

Guest access
Guests have access to their own room, Bathroom, shower, as well as the Galley and galley equipment for making meals, the salon for relaxing and watching t.v. or movies and the cockpit and seating areas for lounging or even sleeping. The navigation table is for sailing purposes only and not to be used.

Other things to note
The new season is now upon us. I have just returned to St. Maarten after sailing to Haiti and delivering donated sails and clothing to the fisherfolk on Ile A Vache, Haiti, for their fishing village and families - pictures in gallery - and then Trinidad where new cockpit seats and cushions were made by Alpha Canvas and a new set of sails made by Soca Sails. It's been a busy couple of months.
Last season was just so much fun with such great guests that I am really looking forward to this new upcoming season and meeting you .
See you all soon!

The yacht is located not far from the airport and arriving is a snap. From the airport take a taxi or bus to the Dinghy Dock Bar and email me from there and I
will be over in a few short minutes.
I track my guest's flights so I know if you're late or not.

The taxi ride is about 10.00 dollars U.S. and the bus is one dollar.
The Dinghy Dock Bar is just south of the airport runway and next to the Texaco gas station , a great land Mark.

Welcome and if you have travel questions please visit: Sint Maarten Entry for the latest travel information and regulations. As of February 17th 2021 Sint Maarten will accept any negative covid test authorized by the U.S. FDA. Good news for our North American Guests. As well, there are many test sites island wide to accommodate testing for return to Stateside or Canada. The boat is anchored in Simpson Bay lagoon, next to Causeway Bridge and Mount Fortune,Sint Maarten, minutes away from beaches, downtown, shopping, dining, casinos, buses and yet completely quiet and tranquil without any of the noise from the night life or the early morning roosters. Truly a great place to unwind and enjoy a special Island. I'm retired and spend my time sailing. In the winters I head North and spend time in areas such as he British Virgin Islands, Sint Maarten, Antigua and St. Lucia. September-November I come South and spend time in Trinidad, Aruba, Curacao, Bonaire or Venezuela. I like to spend at least a month or two wherever I have dropped my anchor and welcome travelling guests aboard to spend some time and enjoy the yachting life.
