Between coconut palms and rice fields, our villa is inspired by traditional Balinese/Javanese architecture, with its ancient carved woods, its exceptional setting, its refined decoration, its peace and quiet, being so close to UBUD and the most popular cultural sites. most important of BALI to visit.
Housing
Nestled in a preserved area of ​​coconut trees and large rice fields, our transformed joglo (former rich Javanese houses of the past century), is dedicated to beauty and nature. With its old teak wood structures, Villa KAROUNA overlooks a view impregnable towards the greenery.

Just 15 minutes from UBUD Monkey Forest, the location is perfect for enjoying the traditional and cultural town of UBUD, the artistic hub of BALI, and the seaside is a 20 minute drive away.

Our villa is available for 2 or 4 people, (even 5 , as a third bedroom with large bed can be opened, but no extra bathroom)
and offers our guests an original and authentic gateway with a high level of comfort: 2 bedrooms, with 2 magnificent adjoining bathrooms (outdoor Balinese type), a large living room open, separate dining area for 6 people, with well-equipped kitchen.

The large infinity pool with teak deck is in contact with nature, like the whole house, including the thatched roof, called here “alang-alang”.

You can read, relax, take a nap in any corner of the house...

The kitchen is fully open, of modern design, combining waxed concrete and teak wood, perfect for cooking while admiring the birds in the rice fields...

Of course, your rooms may be locked for security reasons, but the lounges remain open.
