Bring the whole family to this great holiday home within 550m walking distance to beaches and 950m to harbour (10 to 15min gentle walk). 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom, full kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave full size fridge/freezer everything you will need. (There is no dishwasher at this time.) Large dining table and lounge room for all to relax in. Step out onto the verandah and enjoy the sea breezes.

The space
Our holiday home is the UPSTAIRS PART of a double storey home. It has 3 good sized bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Full kitchen, large dining table and big comfy lounges and also a dedicated work office . The large front verandah is all yours to enjoy the cool sea breezes. There are fans in the bedrooms and lounge but no air conditioning. With the beautiful sea breezes you won't need it.
The flat driveway can accommodate 2 cars or a car and van or trailer.
Laundry is downstairs on request.
AN ELDERLY COUPLE SOMETIMES STAY DOWNSTAIRS, they have lived in the Bay for many years so if you have any questions on what to do or what attractions would be best they would be happy to help you out if they are there.

Urangan is one of the original suburbs of Hervey Bay, home to many quaint little Beach shacks that are quickly being renovated into lovely little holiday getaways. Urangan is home to the famous Pier where you can just enjoy the sunshine and take a walk or do some serious fishing.
The main harbour where the tourist boats leave from is also here along with several white sandy beaches to choose from. Because Fraser Island protects the bay from the rough surf, there are little to no waves on any of the beaches which is perfect for children or just a swim and cool off. But you really need to look for the tide times as when the tide is out its a long walk to the water..... best to just collect your yabbies for your next fishing adventure and wait for the full tide to return for your swim.
