Large and spacious living room apartment in a villa in Odense C, with walking distance to the harbour, train station, pedestrian street, H. C. Andersens house and much more! Free parking, as well as access to the patio from the kitchen, with dining area and barbecue. There is a washing machine in the basement and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The apartment is located, despite the central location, in the quiet Skibhus district, with just 200 m. to the nearest grocery store!
