The Emerald cottage is a charming, fully renovated 1950s beach cottage one block to the beach! Hear ocean waves from the master bedroom w/ a queen bed, en-suite bath & claw foot tub. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck or gather together in the open living area. There’s a hall bath & guest bedroom with desk area too! Unique & cozy, this cottage has it all with modern amenities, family fun, bikes a fire-pit, hot tub, a 3 minute walk to the beach, is pet friendly & close to city center!

The space
The emerald cottage is only one block to public beach access at the end of both streets next to the cottage. It’s pet friendly with pet fee $250, one pet! 2 full baths and 2 bedrooms one queen bed and one full bed. There is private Outdoor seating and a hot tub on the back porch and a fire-pit. Huge yard and just a block walk to the beach at the end of the block on either side of the house:) there is a loft area with ladder access for extra area to Relax or for an additional area for a small person or child to sleep with a cushion on it. Desk area for working from home if needed in the guest bedroom. Stackable Laundry in hallway too!
