Located in the front of The Woodlands, THE EXECUTIVE is just steps away from restaurants like TruLuxe, Del Friscos, Escalantes, and many more. Starbucks is a half a block away and Whole Foods is walking distance as well. There are miles of walking/jogging trails right outside the building as well as kayaks and paddle boards for rent just steps away from the building.

In the building you will experience the life of a 5* Resort from the time you enter the lobby to the arriving at your unit.

The space
The beautiful lobby looks over the infinity pool, Lake Woodlands, the Firepit, and Gas BBQ Grills with outside dining. Next to the Lobby is the fully equipped gym. On the 2nd Floor you will find the Co-Workspace with private and communal work spaces along with the best complimentary coffee machine on earth. You will also find the Sports Lounge on the 2nd Floor with a Professional Golf Simulator, Pool Table, Shuffleboard Table, and Theater Seating with Large Screen TV for watching movies. On the 8th Floor is the beautiful Sky Lounge which overlooks Lake Woodlands and The Woodlands. Enjoy a glass of wine with friends, do some work, or just enjoy the sunsets with a great book.

The unit is located on the 7th floor overlooking the Front of The Woodlands, Whole Foods and The Methodist Church. It has been professionally designed and fully furnished with beautiful leather furniture for an Executive along with a private workspace as you maybe working remotely.

The kitchen has everything that you need to cook any meal of the day along with added amenities of a crockpot, instant pot, waffle maker, air fryer, baking ware, dishes, glassware, pots and pans, and all the utensils you need. Enjoy a cup of coffee from the Keurig with K-cups provided or a cup of tea with tea provided along with sugar and cream.

The Living Room has beautiful and comfortable leather furniture to relax in and watch your favorite shows from the Smart TV or enjoy sitting on the balcony and watching the world go by.

The Primary Bedroom has an amazing king size memory foam bed with 2 large night stands for extra storage, a smart tv and gorgeous views of The Woodlands.

The Primary Bathroom has 2 sinks, 2 lighted mirrors perfect for getting yourself ready in the morning, towels, toilet paper, hotel amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, body lotion, hand sanitizer, q-tips, cotton balls, and a hair dryer. Enjoy the large walk-in shower.

In the Primary Closet, you will find a full size washer & dryer, tide pods, bounce sheets, iron and ironing board, hangers, dresser, and hamper.

Complimentary parking is in the secured parking garage, and you can park on the same floor as your unit.

Mary's family moved to Houston in 2009. She began a Professional Home Staging Company & Interior Design Company in 2010 Simple Elegance and added short term rentals in 2021, SE Accommodations, while the real estate market was changing. However, this journey started 48 years ago where Mary wanted to have a Bed & Breakfast. She pursued her love of Hospitality through college and worked several years, opening and assisting several Westin Hotels & Resorts across the country. She left Westin Hotels & Resorts and went onto intimate hotels at the Woodstock Inn & Resort in Woodstock, VT owned by the Rockefellers. She then moved into retail management and later into owning interior design and professional home staging companies. Her passion for service and hospitality has driven he3r to always serve with excellence and love. We are here to serve your needs while you are visiting our properties.
