The neighborhood is very hustling and happening around the area. Major cafes and restaurants are just downstairs which are open till late midnight. You can walk up to sea-view in less than a minute. In fact, you can watch over sea-view from the Patio of Master Bedroom. Dolmen Mall is at 5 minutes drive where you can shop all you want. Eateries and Cafes around the property also offer home delivery upon a call. There are also bicycle rentals in the adjacent street which you can use for a fresh ride along the beach in the morning.
