Blue Tide is one of the most sought-after properties on 30A. It's situated between Alys Beach and WaterSound/The Hub. This large 1-bedroom, ground floor sanctuary is literally 10 steps from our private beach access stairs that lead to our private beach. Just walk out of the door and onto the beach! It doesn't get much better than that!

The space
In terms of size, you won't find a bigger 1-bedroom place on 30A that offers unobstructed gulf views. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, cozy and most importantly CLEAN!

Our low density private beach provides the perfect beach experience away from the crowds, while still being close enough for a short bike ride to nearby town centers for world-class dining and boutique shopping.

The master bedroom offers a king bed and vanity so multiple people can get ready at the same time.

The living room offers a queen memory foam sleeper and a twin memory foam sleeper...perfect for 2-3 kiddos!

The kitchen is stocked with every possible utensil, appliance and cookware that you can think of. It's perfect for a family who loves to cook!

IMPORTANT INFO:
- Reservations must be made by someone over the age of 25 and this person must be among the guests occupying the condo during the reservation.
- For health reasons, this is a non-smoking environment...patio included. If you need to smoke, please do so in the parking lot so the second-hand smoke doesn't enter our home or disturb other guests at Blue Tide.
- No pets. We're sorry! As much as we love pets, our association does not allow guests to bring their fur babies. Fines are substantial. Thank you for following our community rules.
- All entrances are monitored by cameras (no audio) for safety purposes.

ACCESSIBILITY:
- There is one 4" step up into the unit. Otherwise, the entire unit is on 1 level. Please note, the bathroom door is narrower than a typical bathroom door and may not be able to accommodate a wheelchair.

We set goals, work hard and enjoy life in-between. Our 2 Cavachons are the loves of our life and we strongly believe that experiences are more valuable than things.

We purchased our first vacation rental property (and our future retirement home) in Seacrest, FL in 2020! We "accidentally" came upon this property through a string of "coincidental" events. When we walked in, there was no doubt in our mind that this stunning townhouse would be ours. It was recently remodeled with luxury and comfort in mind. We have no doubt you'll love this place. We sure do!

We also stumbled upon our newest hideaway in Mammoth Lakes, CA with no intention to buy, but once again, we fell in love and the rest is history...and you now get to enjoy it too!

What makes our homes unique is the energy and coziness you feel when you walk through the door. Our homes are impeccably cared for, clean, conveniently located and equipped with modern decor and amenities that immediately lets you know luxury was top of mind when designed.
