The space
Since this is a traditional Bed n Breakfast, my wife and I will be here during your stay. Bedroom #1 has its own PRIVATE bath that is NOT shared by other guests. Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3 share a "Jack n Jill " type of bathroom so its ideal for families that want two bedrooms and still have their own "private" bath. This bathroom is NOT accessible from the hallway. Enjoy a gorgeous view with meticulously manicured gardens, fish pond, outdoor pool, and fountain. Enjoy the ultimate home with peace and quiet on a very private estate.

Our home is a very private estate surrounded by trees, lush gardens, and a "drop dead" view of the valley that will make you say "WOW". We are the last house on a private road with lots of acreage, yet extremely close to town and quick access to major highways (Interstate 79 & Interstate 90). For our fisherman guests, we have LOTS of room to park your trailered boat.
