Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this (under 400 sq ft) cozy tiny home! Located on a quiet, no thru road + on the edge of an old growth forest. Sit and sip your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the cedars, fir and pines. Enjoy the hummingbird visitors off the back patio or the white-tailed deer as they pass by. Unique queen size elevator bed, allowing for additional space when not in use, plus a queen size fold out couch for the little ones or 1 adult.

Due to size, space is set for a maximum of either 3 adults or 2 adults and and 2 kids.

It won’t allow me to add this details in the “ TV section “ but we’ve opted to only have a very small nostalgic TV/VHS combo with a bunch of classic movies ( we have kids movies too !) So no Netflix’s and flat screens here.

The main (elevator) bed will be stored up/away when you arrive and simply requires you to pull the rope to lower ( very easy). To store the bed back up after use, you must lift it up and over head. If this is too heavy please leave down during your stay. Instructions are also listed on the end of the bed for your convenience.

To ensure a smooth + stress free day of travel to/from Pender we 100% recommend a BC Ferries Reservation ( only available on some routes ) and to follow the booking details for terminal arrival times. ( they won’t honour your reservation if you arrive past the cut off + there’s a chance u might miss the sailing )
