Tulia views is a unique & tranquil 4 bedroom villa located at the famous Champagne Ridge in Kajiado. The villa offers magnificent & magical views of the Rift Valley. Featuring an impeccable design with a mix of cozy furniture, handmade/custom pieces & a cliff-top plunge pool, all come together to give a home away from home feel.

The space
The home is a reflection of the homeowner's creativity featuring handmade pieces and custom work of art that he created specifically for Tulia views.

You walk into the living room with a view of the ridge and pool. The living room is cozy and gives a true home feel. There is a 60-inch television with a fire stick offering you unlimited options of movies and series to watch. Also, for your entertainment, there is a selection of books and board games to indulge in.

The villa features an open kitchen with an 8 seater dining table, all with a view of the ridge. Next to the dining space, there is a separate lounge with an ethanol fireplace in case the nights get cold or an evening of wine and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with all basic equipment & amenities.

Outdoors there is a garden, cliff top plunge pool, and sun lounge beds that are perfect for an afternoon sunbath, seating space for a morning coffee or sundowners. Additionally, there is a separate outdoor lounge adjacent to the living room, an outdoor barbeque gas flame grill, and an additional 8 seater alfresco dining option for breezy dinners.

When you walk up the upper floor, where the bedrooms are located; you walk directly to the view of the 2 stories glass window with a view of the ridge and pool plus a beautiful chandelier pendant suspended from the roof of the home, centered to the dining room.

The villa has both solar energy and a backup generator, hence electricity & your hot showers are guaranteed throughout your stay.

Olorgesailie Prehistoric Site – home to some of the greatest findings on the history of early man i.e archeological discoveries (Dr. Leakey findings on tools used by Homo Erectus). Located less than 45 kilometers from our property using the C58 route.

Olepolos Country Club – a famous and local favorite nyama choma (roast meat) joint with great views of Eastern Rift valley. Located less than 20 kilometers from our property past Kona (corner) Baridi junction.
