The space
My husband and I just built our dream home in the heart of Katy. It's a 2-story house with a porch, patio, and a large backyard. The house has 5 bedrooms, which is way more than we need as a newlywed couple. So, we are renting out 3 bedrooms to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and cozy place to stay.

We will give you the privacy you need and we will provide a temporary pin to our door, so you don’t even need to wait for us during check-in.

About this private room:
This room is furnished with a cozy bed, full-length mirror, dresser, and a 42” TV for your enjoyment. In addition, there are 2 foldable chairs and 2 foldable tables inside of the closet for you to eat or work on your laptop! And to make sure that you can sleep when your schedule allows, we installed blackout curtains to give you a restful night/day of sleep. There is also a shared refrigerator and a microwave available just outside of the room!

Our neighborhood is a small and family-friendly neighborhood. We have the Mary Jo Peckham park right behind our house. The park is designed to provide enjoyment for children and families, as well as older people and those with disabilities.

Occupying 32 acres park features include a large playground; both toddler and regular swing sets; a miniature golf course that includes putters for young children; picnic pavilion; gazebo; well-stocked fishing lake where you can feed the ducks; a lighted walking trail; public restrooms outside along the walking trail; several picnic tables; grills; and a tropical fish pond.
