The space
The Downtown Design Studio was recently finished (2020) and the decorative project undertaken by a professional interior designer stresses the contemporary nature of the revitalization of the space. This apartment has an open concept, which make it feel spacious, comfortable and bright. Everything inside is brand new and you will find a fully equipped kitchenette, sanitary installation, living room, bedroom, and outdoor balcony with table and chairs. It is on the 2 floor (with elevator), has 40 square meters, open concept 1 bedroom + Sofabed and a very fast fiber-optic internet connection (200Mbps).

The building has 24/7 vigilance and is equipped with a private and exclusive gym for residents, on the -1 floor, with easy access by elevator.

Located in downtown, Santos is one of the most old and traditional districts in Lisboa, providing a unique local experience and allowing you to explore by foot all the main attractions and sights in the city.

This is a neighborhood in constant transformation. Recently, the Santos District Design project has reinvigorated and modernized this vibrant neighborhood in the city of Lisbon. Today, it is a space with new restaurants, cafes, decoration and design stores, universities, and everything just a stone's throw from the Tagus River.

Hi world, my name is João Figueira, I am 35 years old, and counting too fast...! I was born and grew up in a small town in Alentejo region, at the age of 16, moved to Lisboa to continue my studies in Service Management.

Since I've moved to this magical city I have been collecting professional experiences, from transportation to sales, and am currently working as operations and host manager for THE BICA HOUSES - what I actually love to do!

During my journey I have lived in three different locations in Portugal, from South to the North, and had a short international experience in London (6 months), which brought me fluency in English and Spanish.
