Our cozy, bright cottage is nestled in the heart of family-friendly Cawaja Beach, and is located just a short 2 min walk to 3 beaches! Surrounded by mature trees, Tiny Beech House is ideal for both a relaxing or activity-filled vacation: be it lazing on the sandy beach by the shallow, crystal clear waters of Georgian Bay, or hiking & biking the nearby trails. Our year-round cottage has all the comforts of home: a well stocked kitchen, a bbq, a gas f/place & a lovely deck. Come and relax!

This cottage is perfect for a quiet getaway with family and friends with its sandy beaches, stunning sunsets and crisp fresh air. After a long day relaxing at the beach and watching the spectacular sunset, head back for a BBQ and unwind with a glass of wine around the firepit.
WHAT YOU'LL FIND INSIDE:
- our cottage has 2 bedrooms inside (1 queen bed, 2 twin beds) and a fully electrified bunkie just steps outside (1 queen bed)
- all main cottage rooms feature a skylight and a ceiling fan
- blackout blinds in all bedrooms
- we have a state of the art UV water filtration system for clean, drinkable water
- fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, kettle, microwave, blender and crock pot - everything you need for cooking and baking
- drinks fridge in the mudroom
- enjoy a cafe experience with our Keurig coffee machine (some K-pods are supplied, but feel free to bring some more with you!)
- gas fireplace and blankets for those cooler evenings
- high speed wifi internet
- Smart TV featuring Netflix, Crave, Disney, Roku, Prime etc (be sure to have your password and username handy)
- board games and puzzles
- we provide hand soap, dish soap and sponges, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper, tea towels, a hand towel, bath towels, and a blanket, pillows and bedlinens for each bed
- we also provide some shampoo and conditioner but just enough to get you going in case you forget yours

LOCATION:
- we are a short 2-minute walk to 3 beach access points
- very short drive to mini-golf, arcade, ice cream parlour, restaurants, LCBO outlet, general store, go carts etc.
PLEASE REMEMBER:
1- We are on a holding tank and septic system : all water used and disposed of gets stored in our holding tank which can fill up quickly with prolonged use. Please be gentle on our system and do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper and bodily waste.
2- We ask that guests leave the cottage in clean and working order. We have cleaning supplies in the bathroom storage room if you need to maintain the space during the stay with a quick sweep and mop.
AVAILABILITY:
We prefer to rent for 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday) during the summer months and offer 2 night minimums at any other times of the year! Tiny Beech House is fully winterized and perfect for a ski and snowshoeing weekend getaway for those enjoying nearby Vetta Nordic Spa, Mt St Louis Moonstone or Horseshoe Valley Resort.
