Beautiful family neighborhood in a quiet area. You can enjoy your coffee on either the front or back patio and listen to the birds while still seeing the city in the sightline. Very close to all amenities for your convenience. About a 4 minute walk to the lake where you can spend the entire day or just go for a quick swim.
