A stunning apartment in the heart of the city with a keyless access system and secure parking. Very comfortable for two people but can accommodate up to four.
Enjoy a great night's sleep in the double-sized bed, minutes from all that Cardiff has to offer. Whether you are here for the nightlife, on a business trip or want to soak up one of the most diverse and interesting cities in the UK, it's all within minutes from the property. A perfect place for both short and long stays.

The space
The apartment is fitted with a 46'' Smart TV & Sound Bar, a washing machine with detergent & dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

Towels and linen will also be provided. Guests will benefit from plenty of storage, including a large wardrobe so you can comfortably stay for as long as you please. Enjoy the small but pleasant Juliet balcony with a view of the garden.

There is a huge range of restaurants, shops and coffee shops within a 1-mile range.

The stylish decorated flat is part of the luxurious Hayes development, overlooking a quiet garden. Which you will have access to.

-FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN -
Being a chef myself I wanted to make sure my guests have everything they need to cook themselves a good meal. Here you will find cutlery & utensils, pots & pans. Dishwasher tablets, tea, sugar, coffee and basic cooking condiments, spices & oils are all supplied also a fire extinguisher, a first aid box and a fire blanket.
-PARKING-
Because of a very central location, there is no such thing as free parking I am afraid. But I did my best to make sure all my guests will have everything they need when staying here, so I can provide my own discounted parking ticket which will reduce the usual St David's Car Park fee of £24/day to only £4/day!
If you do require this, please let me know to prepare accordingly. Because this is the only ticket I have, if you lose it, I will have to charge you £100 for it.

-RULES-
Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. CCTV and surveillance are operational within the communal areas of the apartment building. If guests are found to violate these rules, they will be evicted without any refunds. The apartment is located in a residential area, please refrain from excessive noise.

A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. You will be reimbursed after check-out.

Guests may be asked to send photo identification, either a drivers licence or passport, proof of address prior to arrival. Please note that this name must match the original name used to make the booking.

Only the number of guests specified in the booking should use and check-in to the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, you will be asked to leave without any refunds.
