Entire BASMENT, renovated with private entrance,
Quiet neighborhood. It’s conveniently located within 3 minutes' drive of the 5th St Station shopping center with a Wegmans, an Alamo draft house, Planet Fitness and many upscale restaurants, bars and retail shops. Located in exit 120 very quick to get on to the hwy 64 so very convenient to many hiking spots, humpback rock, wineries, and the Shenandoah Valley National Park. It is also about 5-minute drive to the Downtown Mall and to the UVA grounds.

-Due to pet allergies, we cannot allow animals.
-3 adults stay at upper level of the house.
