The space
Sandfiddler Jr.

This third-row, three-bedroom, two-bath cottage is an easy short walk to the beach - out the door and straight ahead one block to the access. When you return from the beach, wash off in the enclosed shower in the back. Sandfiddler is all on one level with no steps to deal with. Enjoy the screened porch with a ceiling fan or an open deck on the back is great for hanging out while the grilling expert grills dinner.


Sandfiddler has an open living room, dining, and a kitchen area. The full kitchen has an oven/range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Kick back on the sofas and enjoy watching TV on the large flatscreen TV or pop a movie into the DVD player. There is also a separate small living area that is the perfect setup for gaming for the children or getting away to read a book. The two bedrooms off the living room each have a double bed. The shared full bath has both a tub and a separate shower. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a private bath. There is a utility room with a full-size washer and dryer.


And one of the best parts - you can bring your best friend with you!
