140+ year old home is 5 blocks from Old Main St. Saint Charles. Walk or drive to nearby shops, climbing gym, galleries, restaurants, bars, and more. House is updated and very comfortable. 2 couples can stay with 2 bedrooms, and the couch can be used as a pull out bed as well. The house is on a hillside street that does not get much traffic.

The space
Upstairs Bedroom 1 has a pillowtop queen bed and a reading nook. Bedroom 2 has a softer memory foam queen bed and workspace with desk and monitor. Downstairs has a well equipped eat-in kitchen with bar seating. Tea and coffee provided. The living room features a pullout La-Z-Boy queen bed. Finally, there is a cute bathroom under the stairs next to a full laundry room.
