Our newly built two-room apartment consists of a comfortable living area with open-space kitchen and sofa bed; a double bedroom; a large bathroom; outside you will find a private garden with a covered sitting area, fantastic in the hot season.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to our newly built modern apartment! It is located in Villasanta, a few steps from Monza Park (about 1km) and a few minutes drive from the central city of Monza. The area is residential and very quiet (not touristy) and it offers all essential services, even for families (shopping center, supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pubs, playground with basketball court).

The location is really strategic: you can quickly reach the city of Monza with its park and the Royal Villa; the center of Milan with the best Italian services; Lecco and Lake Como with breathtaking views.

The adjacent Monza Park offers the possibility of long walks surrounded by nature and with its racetrack it'll be able to offer spectacle to motor enthusiasts.

For those without a car, about 1.5km away, there are the trains stations of Villasanta and Arcore, directly connected to Monza and Milan center . Inside the Monza Park you can also find electric scooters for hire, as well as bicycles.
