This beautiful home is located 2 miles from downtown Ithaca, yet situated in a quiet neighborhood isolated out on the west shore of Cayuga Lake. Beautiful, modern 3 bedroom home (with small owners apt below), located in the town of Ithaca with 3 full baths, accommodating 6 guests comfortably.

The space
Beautiful, modern 3 bedroom + 3 bathroom home (with small owners apt below), located in the town of Ithaca with 3 full baths, accommodating 6 guests comfortably. Available by the week only, July 1st - August 31st. The property is situated on Cayuga Lake and offers gorgeous views from almost every room, especially the Master Bedroom. There are several decks from which to enjoy outdoor entertaining. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen and two grills (gas/charcoal) are provided, an old cast iron stove as a fire pit on one deck, along with a bonfire pit on the lawn. The house is fully winterized and has a large wood burning fireplace in the Living Room. There is 120 ft of beachfront and a large dock to enjoy the lake. It is approx 6’ deep off end of dock and swimming is fine, but with occasional lake weed. Located 2 miles from downtown Ithaca and 4 miles from Cornell. Very convenient for shopping, restaurants and the Hangar Theater.

There is a small caretakers apartment below that, if occupied, will only be by the owner and his small quiet dog. You’ll barely know he’s there, and will not share the dock while rented.

You’ll barely know he’s there, and will not share the dock while rented.

The house is well isolated and has a great sense of privacy. I personally renovated this property and it is my Happy Place!
