This room is in a townhouse located in the central area of CVill, 15-min walk (2-min drive) to UVA Hospital, 5-min walk to 4 bus stops (Route 6), 5-min drive to shopping centers & gas stations. It shares 2 full bathrooms with 3 other independent rooms. Each room has its own refrigerator, writing desk, chair, closet/storage, trash bin, & dress mirror. Shared dining room with table, chairs & a large refrigerator, full kitchen, washer, dryer. Fast Internet (600 Mbps). Long-term discount available.

This room is on the second floor of the house, right beside the stairs and the 2nd floor full bathroom. It is the largest (master) bedroom in the house. It has a queen-size bed and a sofa bed (no bedding with the sofa bed), probably can host 3-4 people (2 adults and 2 children) at most.

This is a serene (dead-end) community in the central area of Charlottesville, consisting of dozens of townhouses, setting behind the Buford School and the Smith Aquatic & Fitness Center, very close to UVA Hospital (15-min walk/2-min Drive). 4 bus stops (Route 6) are in 5-min walking distance. Some surveillance cameras on street in this area. Multiple shopping centers and gas stations in 5-min driving distance. Very convenient.
