The 3.5 bedrooms located in the main house have a/c, full bathrooms with hot water, ceiling fans, closets, black out curtains, and desk working stations with High Speed internet.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with 800-thread count linen, smart tv with cables and an an annex for working area or additional sleeping space for two.

Secondary room has a queen size bed with 800-thread count linens with smart TV. Third bedroom has a full-twin bunk plus a twin trundle beds and a sofa bed.

There is a 4th small bedroom outside with full bathroom with hot water, with twin trundle beds and ceiling fan.

Quiet area, In the street of the house there are several houses similar to the property and there are also smaller houses where locals live.Walking at 300 meters is located Restaurant La Casa de Lourdes, SPA los Mandarinos, O´Pedros Pub bar, and at 600 meters at the end of Calle el Ciclo is the access to the path of El Gaital National Park. At 800 meters is located the horse renting area where kids can ride horses and go from there to the patio of the house; at 1.5 kilometers is the center of the town where you can find anything you need: supermarkets, church, restaurants, coffee stores, service station, ATMs, pharmacy, public medical center and more touristic attractions such as Serpentario, Mariposario, Orquideario, Níspero Zoo and Canopy Adventure.
