This dream apartment on Dundee’s historic harbourfront is perfect for your stay in Scotland’s sunniest city. You can admire the iconic views over the beautiful Tay estuary from your very own riverside balcony. Inside, the vibe is contemporary with bright, colourful furnishings and fun artworks, many with a musical theme. This gorgeous two-bed apartment is spacious and, with the added convenience of both a lift and private parking, you’ll love watching the tide roll away from here!

The space
This apartment is on the second floor of this prestigious modern development. It has stunning, uninterrupted views from its private balcony over the River Tay and beyond to the Kingdom of Fife. There are two comfortable bedrooms, one featuring a king-sized bed with a master ensuite and the other with a double bed. The lounge is spacious and has a dining table for 4 as well as attractive lounge furniture. There is also a modern family bathroom and a fully equipped, attractive kitchen.

LOCATION

Dundee is a vibrant coastal city with a major maritime history and the harbour area makes for a fantastic base from which to explore it! The oldest wooden British warship still afloat, HMS Unicorn, is moored nearby. So is the RRS Discovery, built here in 1901, before Scott sailed it to the Antarctic on the first of its many adventures. The nearby visitors centre makes for a great day out, as does the V & A Museum which is less than a mile from the apartment.

Dundee has undergone an urban regeneration in recent years and there is lots to see and do whether you are here for work or pleasure. There are several bars and restaurants nearby and good amenities at City Quay, Discovery Point and in the city centre.

Public transport links are very good with the main bus and rail stations not far away from the apartment. The domestic airport is a short drive away with direct flights to London and Belfast. Driving is easy with a good road network in the city and beyond.
