Aloha, and welcome, to our Wailua Bay view condo, located on the East shore of Kauai in Coconut coast town of Kapa'a. Spectacular panoramic ocean views of the expansive sandy beach of Wailua Bay awaits you. Our 740 sqft. fully equipped ground floor condo features a spacious one bedroom and one bath, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, an outdoor swimming pool/ BBQ area, a comfortable living area that is centrally located to dining, shopping, and the Grand Canyon of the Pacific!

The space
Spacious bedroom with air conditioning and ample closet space. There is a television with cable. Free WiFi. For your convenience a stack washer and dryer next to the bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub. The living room provides a spectacular ocean view, with new: vinyl flooring, sofa sleeper, smartTV and console etc. Also featured in the living room is a new ceiling fan and air conditioner. The kitchen has been remodeled to include solid shaker cabinets, granite countertops, and new matching appliances.
